Comfortable & Reasonably Priced

We stayed for two nights for a lacrosse tournament and I was very impressed, especially with the customer service. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was great to hang out at night and the pool was a great hangout space as well. I had commented to the front desk that we did not have a fridge in our room, and within five minutes, we had one delivered to us. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again without hesitation!

This property does not seem very well maintained. The breakfast was not very good in terms of food quality. Finally, it was very confusing getting to it since it is also by the Hilton. Not very well marked.

My stay was okay. I did my best, but I had to ask for a crib three times. I also requested a clean set of sheets, but they never sent any, so I had to use the sheets I had for my baby. Additionally, the front desk staff was very rude and not welcoming at all.

We did not have a good experience at this Hampton Inn. The building is older, and the plumbing in our bathroom needed repairs. The sink was leaking from the bottom of the handles and the toilet backed up twice. The second time caused a major flood and we had to change rooms. The breakfast buffet was small and had limited variety. The staff seemed like they weren't well-trained and often did not know answers to simple questions. Overall, I would not recommend this Hampton Inn.
