Just okay. Reasonably clean, but the hotel is years overdue for a refurb. Carpet is threadbare, with missing patches in places, there were some holes in the curtains, and some bedroom furniture was water damaged. Not that nice, and not really that cheaper what it is, either.

We had two queen beds which sleeps 4 people and only got 3 towels and the mini fridge took a long time to get cold enough. I liked the food from the grizzly bar and like that we could see our car right outside our room.

I did not feel safe at this property. The only barrier between my room and the shared parking lot was a sliding glass door, which directly faced neighboring apartment units known for ongoing drug activity. Inside the room, one bed had dirty, torn sheets, and the other bed was unusable due to a ruined, sagging mattress. The walls were so thin I could hear every movement from the guests above me during the night. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and unsettling stay. I will not be returning.

The staff was great! Welcoming, attentive, and available. This location is really Grand inside. I know they are doing upgrades, but the carpet outside our room was ,,, ugly, pieces taped and dirty.. The room was clean, bed nice and very quiet, off from freeway.
