Tämän söpön toisen kerroksen walk-up-condoiden uudet omistajat ovat lisänneet uudet kalusteet mukavaan ja pehmeään oleskeluun.

Avoin keittiö ja olohuone mahdollistavat keskustelun valmistettaessa aterioita ja näkymiä lahdelle molemmilta alueilta. 96 m²: n parveke on erinomainen paikka nauttia aterioista tai rentouttavaa juomaa samalla, kun elämän stressi katoaa.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja pääsy parvekkeelle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja toinen kylpyhuone vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Tämä huoneisto sopii erinomaisesti 4 tai kahden pariskunnan perheelle.

Exactly as described. Nice parking. I love Pensacola! If you are looking for a good calm swimming place with no waves look on the bay side shortly after you cross over the bridge on the left, I found this very nice.

Terrible beds

The mattresses in this condo were horrible. I had to sleep on the sofa for the entire stay. Not worth the money we spent to stay at this property. Never again will we stay here. Not the most relaxing time for a much needed vacation. Would never recommend this property to anyone unless major improvements are made

We loved the location of this property. It was easy to get to any where you wanted. Loved the walking distance to Peg Leg Pete’s and the beach right out of our door step! Amazing location. Covered parking was a huge bonus. Would def stay here again!

Beautiful Property

The grounds around this property are wonderful. Beautiful scenery and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed watching the different families of ducks with their ducklings. Our unit needs a little TLC, but it was clean and everything was usable.
Just a relaxing and beautiful sunset.

Beautiful Bay Stay

The condo was in a great location with the bay at the back and ocean across the street. Very clean, everything you need to cook, TVs in all three rooms. King bed had a soft mattress and the other mattress was more firm. Beautiful view from the patio: pond, pool, and bay. Ft. Pickens was close and the Blue Angels practice was phenomenal. There are 17 steps for you to climb, in case you have a handicap. Covered parking was convenient.

Enjoyed our stay here. However, I do feel they could supply you with a-roll of paper towels, a few coffee filters and if they want you to try to start to wash the sheets they could provide laundry detergent. Not complaints just suggestions to management company Would definitely stay here ahain

Peaceful, fun stay

Everything was nice. Plenty of rooms in bedrooms and baths. Plenty of room for six, we only had four. Very easy check in and out. Excellent communication with property manager. Will stay here again.

Location is great!

The general property is not in good shape but condo was fine. It had plenty of room for our family of 6. Beds were not the most comfortable but could have just been that we are used to our beds back home. Front bathtub drains slow but didnt cause any issues for us. It would be nice to have toilet paper and paper towels supplied, atleast a few rolls versus just one roll. One thing we loved was the location! Just steps from the bay area to one side and the beach on the other side. A short drive to Fort Collins and some areas of low traffic beach access in one direction and all the food and shopping you want in the other! We travel to different places for vacation each year so unsure if/when we would be back to Pensacola but, it was a nice trip!

I liked that was easily accessible to everything: very, very clean. My only dislike was The occupants above us were constantly stumping and pacing at all hours of the night which made it very hard to sleep.

Good Times on the Bay

We were greated by a very friendly property staff member soon as we arrived. She made sure we had everything we needed to get our vacation started. The condo was everything we expected and more. The view of the bay was awesome! We even got to enjoy Pensacola Saturday evening fireworks from the balcony. The condo was very clean and cozy. Location is perfect! Gulf side is a very short walk to the beach. All the restaurants and other activities are a few minutes drive, or short walk down the road. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back again next year for a stay.

Great spot for small family

We loved our stay here. The outside of the building doesn’t look like much, but the inside was cute and clean and had everything we needed for our little family. It was our first vacation as a family of 3. It was very close to the beach - the bay and the gulf. A good deal, we would definitely stay again!

Rest Relax Recharge

My husband, nephew and I vacationed here for a week in October. Pensacola is quite refreshing during the "off" season. This rental proved to be a true gem. I loved the feel of it. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful view of the Bay-I loved relaxing on the deck with my coffee. I particularly enjoyed the four-minute walk to the ocean and gorgeous white sand! Everything about this condo was warm and welcoming and we were so happy with our choice! Thank you, Sam and Lori, for making everything so easy. We love this place and plan on returning.

Great view and location but uncomfortable beds

Overall the location and the place were great, the downfall was both of beds in the room were super uncomfortable, but the guest room was better than the master one. I couldn't sleep on the master bed because there's absolutely no support and could barely walk the next day. I had to sleep on the couch the rest of the stay. There were some other minor issues but those were addressed as well.

Perfect!

The property was great. Loved the view of the bay from the balcony! Kids had a blast kayaking behind the condos. Close to the beach. Bed in master bedroom was very comfy! Perfect location we loved it!
