The property was dirty with leaves and trash. The room was dusty with broken lamps, the air conditioner was so loud and came on and off intermittently so you could not sleep, the coffee maker had one old creamer( hard) and sugar packet. Unable to sleep so we got up and left by 6 am to go find coffee.

I was involved with a hit and run with my car while it was parked at the hotel. The location was awful and the rooms were so,so. Very loud and busy area, getting in out of the hotel traffic was awful. Will not recommend staying there.

We had a blast! Beautiful rooms and staff. Cold ACs And super close to the beach. If you're just an ordinary family looking for a nice vacation spot, this is good. Highly recommended. Will be back next year

Great location within walking distance to a couple restaurants, easy to get to Pensacola Beach and not far from Downtown Pensacola. Good value, full size fridge and free ice. Loved the decor. Not very clean or quiet but staff was friendly. Would stay here again!

Very clean room and quiet. TV was easy to use. The room had been updated and was very nice. Nice having the fridge and microwave in the room. Hubby tried to bike ride in the morning and said there was no easy bike paths without always crossing the busy road. Drove to Pensacola Beach for dinner. Ate at The Crab. Very good food and service.

We booked a king bed room for us and our 5 year old daughter. Room was neat and clean so was the microwave and fridge. Only thing was I out how many people it was going to be and we only had two towels in the room. Overall we loved it.

The room was small but very tidy. There was only one night stand with a lamp with built in charging ports. If you have a lot of devices or traveling with more than 1 person, it could be a challenge.
