The kitchenette room had NO cups, glasses, spoons, knives, forks,...nothing but did have two burners (one broken of course...right...), broken dishwasher, but did have a good large size refrigerator. No blanket for the bed. No maid service in the whole week I was there. I paid for the room through super.com which was $234 less than going through the hotel. I never saw a house cleaner/maid the entire week. I would stay again but I would bring the above missing items. (smile)

One night stay due to flight cancellation. Hotel is close enough to walk to the airport & free shuttle arrived within 10 minutes of my call. Clean room, comfortable bed, very nice staff, decent Continental breakfast. Hotel is under renovation (becoming a Staybridge) but wasn't noisy at all. Great airport hotel.

Ms. Anita is the absolute sweetest woman I’ve ever met as a receptionist. She was very kind and helpful. The rooms I got were nice and very clean. The cleanest rooms I’ve ever been in. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. Don’t be afraid, it’s a one of a kind hotel. Diamond in the ruff so to say.
