I stayed on 01/12 with my sister and my mom, I arrived around 5 pm and the night receptionist was incredible, very kind and very cheerful, unfortunately I didn't ask her name please let her know that our stay was much better thanks to her, the facilities are very clean and the breakfast was incredible, thank you very much to all those who work hard and tell them that they are doing amazing.

Staff was great, room was great, but there was a lot of noise from neighbors. We were on the third floor in a corner room. You can hear barking, showers running etc. Elevator ran slow as only one was working and staff uses the same elevator.

The room was OK. It needed a little more thorough cleaning. The soap dispensers in the shower had black rings around, which were visible as you sqeeze for the soap to cone out. Also, there was a vent on the wall, which was above the coffee maker; it was ful of dust.

Room was clean, sanitized, well stocked. I can not say enough about Ms. Elizabet!!! She truly is the glue for this hotel. She makes everyone feel like they are family..The front desk staff always warmly smiling and welcoming. When you walk in the front door you feel as if they are hapoy you finally arrived and they ha e been waiting. This is the only hotel I will stay at. The staff is top notch and I never have to worry about the cleanliness of the room nor if it is well stocked. Everyone is willing and a le and DOES HELP!! THANK YOU ALL FOR WHAT YOU DO

Everything was good except we never ever had to pay for parking which us NOT on your website!! Not a fan. I guess we should have ate our free breakfast so we could benefit from it.Casino beach parking is free!!
