I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very kind and informative. I had ended up ordering food from the restaurant within the hotel and it was delicious!! Also the man at the bar(sorry can’t remember his name) was very attentive and welcoming.

I was not overly impressed with this hotel. This was $180/night and with that I was not that happy with the stay. To start - you pay the room fee then an additional $100, which is absurd and had I known that I would not have booked here. We booked a handicap room for my amputee fiance - it ended up being a bathtub with a chair in it. How is someone with one leg supposed to get into a bathtub? Also, every handicap room we have ever had nonslip grips on the floor - this did not and I slid in the tub and I am not even the one that is handicap. To make matters with the bathroom even better - the drain did not drain and by the time you were done showering the bathtub was full enough for a bath. Overall would not stay here again and was disappointed with the stay.

Nice Stay

It was a nice stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice, and the breakfast was a nice affordable addition. In a great location if you’re looking for the mall. The only downside is that it can be very loud with guests in the hallway. I didn’t hear them as much in their rooms, but I did wake up a few times over the loudness in the hall. Would stay again if in the area.
