Great location to major arteries. Great friendly staff, very clean rooms, nice bar and grill, and other amenities are womderful. A great place to stay for those who need a break from traveling. Great job Staff!!!

We checked in and were told they could not provide a bed for my son, even though we reserved for 5 people. Did not disclose anywhere that a pullout couch was not available. Housekeeping did not come the entire stay. The pool ruined my daughter’s swimsuit. They disclosed nothing about the construction to the building; which set off fire alarms, you could hear it through the floors, and occupied the elevators. The toiletries in the bathrooms were filled with water, and unusable.

We got there and we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to check us in. Only one hospitality person there to do everything. The rooms were very nice. The only thing, I accidentally left my tablet behind and unfortunately the lock was turned off. I called back a few hours later to ask if it had been turned in. I know my fault for leaving it behind but theirs for being dishonest about it not being there. I know I left it on the sofa, because that is where I was using it and the hotel was the last place a signal was.. So beware, they hire theives. And we actually left a tip in the room.

my water was out a few hours 1 day during my stay. they apologized and assured me it would return soon as they could. it was out for about 2hrs. so im grateful for that i atleast could workout that morning. also the printer/computer was not working properly. they was able to print my document in their office.im so grateful they were able to help me out during my stay

The pool area was very nice and perfect for our two daughters under age 12. However, with one elevator being down it was very frustrating over the weekend to get where we needed to be on time due to the constant use of that elevator. Also, the construction workers on the 3rd floor kept hitting the button to use the elevator so almost EVERY time we were going up to the 4th floor to our room the elevator would stop on the 3rd and the smell of drywall and paint would fill the air.

Bathroom not the same as in the pictures. Pictures are of a renovated walk in shower. Room had a small cramped tub shower. I book rooms based on the photos shown, and this seems like a bit of a bait and switch.

When I checked into this hotel I was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and parking area, unfortunately the illusion was shattered when we walked into our room and there was peanuts on the floors by the beds and apparently a hidden heroin detox pill that was found by my toddler left from a previous occupant. I immediately had to report to management, and rush my toddler to the nearest emergency room. Manager ShayLynn was courteous and continued to check on my daughter throughout the stay and comped my stay due to the incident as well as took a copy of her discharge paperwork to handle the cost of the hospital visit if needed. Parking lot on a regular basis was full of cars and no spots were available. Housekeeping did rectify situation but only after having to be redirected twice to clean up peanuts that were pushed to the head of the bed. Do I think the hotel was horrible? No, but the housekeeping staff definitely needs better training and the management needs to start thinking twice about the apparent drug addict customers they keep on their property. As a Hilton Honors member I personally would not recommend staying at this hotel to any of my family or friends.
