Checking in was easy and the room was the perfect size! Being my first time in Phoenix, I felt very comfortable, no loud noises, close to Downtown/ASU, I would recommend staying here.

The overall politeness of the staff. The cleanliness of the room. And how easy it was to get in and out of the parking lot. I really enjoyed the fact that everything is basically in walking distance. Overall amazing experience with this hotel. Have stayed here before and loved it and came back and will continue to use this hotel in the future.

Nothing to drink in vending, bugs in the room, didnt even offer a partial refund. There were literally bugs in our beds. Not worth $150 for a weeknight stay. Avoid at all costs.
