Hotel was clean, room was clean. Did not like that it had carpet floors while others had vinyl. Bathroom toilet constantly ran, we had to jiggle the handle after each flush to make it stop. Breakfast was good, had plenty of options. Kids loved the pool, but said it was a little cold. Hotel was close to the Island and other shopping/dining, would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I just got new IPhones and the charging cable only works with USB ports. NONE whatsoever in our room. Went to front desk to ask about this. "You can go to Walmart, I think they have a conversion for that". Say what????

Bed was hard pillows sucked and smelled bad pool and hot tub was overly chlorinated walk i. And your eyes are burning just from the smell didnt have all the options like massage or roses like website said they did and might have been thr weekend of valantimes day but it was very loud doors slamming all night people screaming kids yelling but the hotel was nice and clean and staff was friendly but my experince this paat weekend wasnt what i was hopeing for a romantic getaway

Front desk lady Saturday was hateful. Check in was great. Room was nice and clean. The overall temperature of the hotel was hot. We kept our a/c on 65 the whole time and it was 40 degrees outside.

A few staff were very rude. Our last night there, there was a knocking or thumping noise that we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The housekeeping staff were very loud in the halls and had no regard for the ones on vacation trying to rest/sleep. The indoor pool was colder than ice it felt like. The breakfast was garbage. We definitely won’t be back
