The hotel was clean and they even provided free water for the room. It was also very quiet. The rooms are a nice size. They provide free coffee and creamer. The location is close to Interstate 30.

This was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. The king bed was hard as well. A nice option to consider would be to have rooms with a foam topper on the bed for older folks.

Manager was a BOSS. Have to say though online it says they have a hot tub…. No hot tub…. I only stay at hotels with a hot Tub!

Room, staff, and location of the hotel was great for my stay but 2 out of the 3 nights was woken up at 4:00am and 5:00am with the fire alarm going off. Hopefully they have this fixed because it was quite the inconvenience with 2 dogs. Front desk staff gave little to no communication on the issue or when we were able to go back in after the fire department gave the all clear. I would say dont stay here unless they have this issue worked out (false alarms on both nights)

The room was clean the staff was nice. But the toilet didn't flush properly and that's the reason for my score. There was a fire alarm early Christmas morning and the front desk personnel didn't seem to have any training on how to advise the customers staying there. I think there could be some training needed in that area.

Wonderful hotel! The hotel was very clean with spacious rooms! Ronni at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming! I’ll stay there again on my next visit to Mount Pleasant !

Clean room, friendly staff and free bottled water. Decent breakfast, esp if you favor chicken sausage and egg whites. Worst part — traming on floor above from 2am till 6am. Ask for a room on the top (4th) floor.

Large spacious room, very clean, everything nice except mattresses were swaybacked and not comfortable at all. Very sore after sleeping on them. Such a nice facility just need new mattresses.
