Room quality concerns

First room we were in was not very good - 219 has two outside air conditioners on the pool roof making lots of noise plus the room air conditioner was not a quality product. Also the toilet flap was stuck with every flush. This room was not a typical Hilton experience. We moved to 210 and it was a much better experience- newer air conditioner and quiet.

Amazing stay, was very quiet and comfortable room. The only thing was there must have been a remodeling, the room was missing a couch, which wasn't needed but would have been nice. Everything was fantastic otherwise.

Room didn’t get cleaned by housekeeping Side entrance door doesn’t close automatically, found left open multiple times (security issue) Rooms by Greenberg road are VERY noisy at night (semi trucks delivering to mall nearby?) Both workstations/computers in lobby not working Breakfast cost $15 (not good) Parking is $10 and there is no other good options nearby Front desk employee on Saturday morning was extremely rude to me I received a text msg from the manager (automated?) asking how my stay was going and I replied with some of the details above and received no response to my msg

The front desk clerk, Iman was very friendly and made us feel welcomed at check in. Our room was clean and comfortable and other than needing some extra towel's adequately supplied with comfortable linens and pillows. I would stay here in the future
