We were put in a room that the heater wasnt working properly and could see gaps around the heater that showed outside.. it took a few hours and raising the shades to realize this issue and had to get a new room at 10pm and moving the family of kids down the hall. I think earlier evaluation of the room wouldve solved this and not make a hassle

Walls must be thin because our bathroom smelled like Chinese food from next door cooking and hallway doors keep slamming all night and our door had a 2 inch gap at bottom that filled room with light all night. Pillow looked good till you put your head on them and they deflated . Breakfast was good though.

Pot smoke smell on entire second floor which permeated into the 2 rooms we booked. Also 2 barking dogs in a room at end of the hall which we called front desk about. Will unlikely frequent this hotel in the future.

We left before breakfast but the bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom was clean accept the floors. Really needed better cleaning in the corners. But a good stay for the price.

Location is great, bed was comfortable the woman who checked us in was great. That is where it stopped, the room had stains all over the carpet, the shower had mold and was only look warm. The wallpaper was peeling, the ice machine on our floor did not work. The people above us were so loud letting their kids or whatever it was run and jump off furniture until 2am. I even mentioned this, and nothing was done about it. The staff I observed during the day, one woman was very cranky, never said hello or welcome to anyone, the other woman kept having the woman that was doing breakfast stop what she was doing, to mop the lobby. I found this very irritating since this woman was already working her butt off to feed a bunch of people and this lazy woman just watched her work. This is NOT how I expect to see things at a Hilton. We have stayed here before, but I will be avoiding this one for now on. I hope the next Hilton my wife and I try cares about the upkeep of their business and the way their employees are treated.

Room is very clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast good. 2nd time staying here. We like the location and everything, except the other guests always are a smell issue. Last time someone made fish and the whole place was fish, this time someone was partaking in pot. The whole floor smelled of pot and it seeped into our room. We informed the desk, we saw staff trying to locate the room to deal with it.

Was disappointed with quality of bedding, and breakfast. Room was clean, but the blankets were thin and scratchy. Towels were very rough and scratchy too. Quality and variety of breakfast offerings were also disappointing.

Overall a really good stay for an affordable price. It had everything I needed, gym - kitchenette - pool (didn’t get a chance to use it), and near the airport and a lot of stores. Would go back to this if I’m back in Portland.
