The hotel is in an ideal location and has a nice entranceway and cafe. However, the room was run down and in bad condition. The toilet seat was chipped with bumps of damaged plastic. The walls were dirty and damaged, as were the curtains. The bed linen was ripped, not even slightly, but holes along edges and a 4 inch tear along the corner. The room was also stuffy and humid with some bugs.

I would give this hotel 5 Stars, but the bed was soft that had me work through lower back pain in the morning. I should have said something after the first day; that is my fault. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. I would stay here again if I could be ensured of a firm mattress.

Great location for a city break. Tram, metro and bus services on your doorstep. Palladium shopping mall next door. Breakfast unbelievable choice, and plenty of it. Great value for money. Room we had was basic but quiet when we stayed, just what we needed as we were out from 9am to 9pm, so just got back for a shower and bed. I would highly recommend this hotel as easy access to touist spots and airport.
