The room was well done. The breakfast was very good. I loved the lobby and all the seating. The bathroom was stunning. Covered parking was a perk for sure. The bed was very firm. A little too firm but the rest of the hotel was so good.

The staff was wonderful. The room dates but sufficient. The lobby, music, games, coffee….the reason we go. Love that they are pet friendly, but you can’t smell pets. The gardens are beautiful. It’s just a cozy little place and there are great stores, trampoline park, and rock climbing close by.

Due to last minute change it. Our travel plans. We had to book a hotel quickly. They were able to accommodate us in a comfortable room. Close to our family. The woman working at the desk was very helpful. And our room was comfortable. The property is a little dated, but clean and suited our needs perfectly

Carpet in my room was worn and stained. Bedding had stains. Property was interesting and nicer than a Hampton inn or Holiday inn express. Room has a view of mountains and a balcony, which was nice.

The rooms are outdated and not even close to the price we paid. The walls are very thin and we heard our neighbors coughing the whole night. On the other side of us, we could hear our neighbors doing their business in the restroom! The pipes crack and creak every time someone flushes the toilet or takes a shower. There were people above us with children who kept running around. Oh and the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Pretty much a terrible experience! Definitely feel like we got ripped off.

Clean, competent staff, breakfast, pet friendly. We were there for an annual reunion of Vietnam veterans, ages 65+. This facility was in a very nice quiet area of Prescott, and was also convenient to nice restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our 5 night stay and would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you

I had to sleep in the middle of the bed as the mattress needs to be flipped. Worn-out from to many bodies sleeping on the two sides, also I could smell the pillows. Linens were fresh but bed and pillows were as old as the hotel. I would stay there again.

The people at Forest Villas are the best! The front desk and the people at the breakfast service area are so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was good and met our expectations. The information through Expedia on the room lacked the correct info on the room amenities. The patio was not a larger one, and the jetted tub did not work, so it was just a soaker tub.

Feel at home environment

The friendliness of the staff made us feel like royalty. There was an event going on the evening of our stay but that didn't interfere with the great service from the staff. This is our go to place and couldn't be happier.

Nice spot

Very nice staff. Also, it has a comfortable seating area in the main lobby. That’s very nice. The rooms are comfortable, a bit of a European/old school charm.

Stay here for my wedding night. The room was amazing and clean. Fluffy pillows and the most comfortable bed ever after a long day of dancing. A private balcony that we were able to see so many stars at night. The complementary breakfast very delicious and provided plenty of options. The atmosphere of the place was quiet and peaceful which made the night and morning wonderful. Check in and out was a breeze and Amy working the front desk was the cherry on top with the whole stay. Super nice when I called about late check in. She was very warm and friendly every time we talked to her. I am going to recommend everyone to stay here when looking for a hotel.

Nice Hotel

This was the second time we stayed here. It's nice hotel, helpful staff, comfortable bed and seemed to be recently updated. We like that the rooms have a balcony. We will stay here again next trip.
