The bathroom door was falling apart! I have pictures of the door because I was in shock by the state it was in. Lack of attention to details during a previous remodel didn't help. The sheets ripped heavily of bleach. The carpets in the hallway were filthy but I did see someone cleaning them so I give a pass on that. I overheard small children complaining about how bad the breakfast was and I completely concur. I'm not sure they could have served poorer/cheaper quality. Something akin to tang breakfast drink was served in the place of orange juice. His orange juice really that expensive? Both days that I went down to attempt to have breakfast, the hot foods were empty or nearly. The tater tots were cold and hard and kind of stale.I ended up going to breakfast elsewhere. I don't care to stay at this hotel again.

It was very noisy alot of soccer kids running up and down the hall way making noise up to 1130 at night. No adult supervision. Even in the lobby and no one said anything to them atleast hold it down a notch

Had to cancel trip due to death in family, was not given refund even though attempted to cancel 1 week prior to trip. Horrible customer service from both hotels.com and la Quinta. Wont be using either company for any upcoming trips.
