Worst experience I’ve ever had.

The front desk manager was no help at all. Had a problem with my bill and he made it worse. They need to get a new Front desk manager. Someone that will listen to your needs and not try to talk over you. I would give them no stars if I could. And the purpose of the surveys are to help improve service, but this survey will go unnoticed probably like other ones.

Front desk staff was not friendly, nothing was available room was a bit dirty place is very old. A lot of people actually lived there. It seemed like you were in the hospital. There were so many hospital patients. There was a nurse coming to do some sort of therapy in the lobby with a patient, it was awful and Expedia should not rent rooms there. The front desk tried to scam me and asked me for $35 if I wanted to check in an hour early. I did not pay them when I checked in they insisted I give $100 on my debit card and sign for it so that the room would not be destroyed and then when I insisted on having that money back 12 hours later when I was checking out they stole $17 of that money and told me it was a destination fee. I told them that I had already paid on Expedia, and I did. I will be calling Expedia for a full refund for this terrible, horrible night of my life.

Stayed due to weather and work nearby, had to get to work at Hospital - Booked for second night as to make sure I had a room if needed but checked out at 11am and did NOT stay second night as I was able to drive home. I was charged full price anyway even though I checked out, very disappointed with Hotels.com and management of Millenium but it's just money right?

I needed a place close to Duke Hospital and after comparing the ones that were closer to this one, im SO HAPPY I WENT WITH THEM!! Amazing service, room very clean , breakfast was delicious and everyone there was so helpful with informing me of places around to shop and eat!! The only downfall was the indoor pool, although the water felt fantastic and was Very clean there was alot of cold air coming thru both sets of doors which made it extremely cold getting out! However we would definitely stay here again!!

I thought it was a non-smoking facility. Very disappointed with the wafting scent of weed throughout the first floor corridor. The hotel was much older than I was expecting.

It took me 20 minutes to check in due to problems with other people's issues and Section 8 check ins . The refrigerator in my room didn't work. When I called the front desk nobody answered. The headboard on the bed looked like it had been purchased from a thrift store- the bed was sagging. I will not return. I guess you get what you pay for.
