Great Hotel

Nice clean Hotel, friendly helpful staff. Good bus routes and trains to Düsseldorf city centre. I would highly recommend for short business stay or weekend city break.

Poor customer service at the check-out Dec-4

The hotel is in good condition. I like the sauna. It was great as I arrived late after a long drive and needed to relax. The restaurant is excellent and the waiters were fantastic. The only bad experience was the blond girl (I forgot her name) at the reception, she provided a very poor service and was not qualified to work at the reception and definitely need to have training to learn how to provide a great customer service.

If you are reading this review and are thinking about booking this hotel, trust me, you can do better. For example no shower gel, only a small round bar of soap, small body lotion and small shampoo. Frühstück guter Durchschnitt ohne besondere Highlights; Säfte wurden über rd. 45 Minuten nicht aufgefüllt. Lediglich Randnotiz; insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
