We stayed here about 3 years ago and had some of the same issues: dirty shower (still had hair and a used bar of soap in it), the room was constantly damp, the carpet was damp and after the first night our clothes and bed linens were damp. Our towels never dried from one day to the next and because we were there for 10 days we could only switch them out every 3 days. This time the shower has nowhere to put your soap, shampoo etc. We had to keep our things on the toilet lid and keep stepping out when we needed something. My souvenirs were athletes foot and a UTI. On the plus side it was a place to lay our head and there were no bed bugs! The lady at the front desk during day shift was very nice, helpful and polite. I wish I had gotten her name.

The room smelled like smoke. We only had a sheet no blanket. There was no blow dryer in the room. We had a half of pillow to sleep on, it looked the the little pillows on your couch. Overall it was a very uncomfortable stay.

I ended up not staying there because the first room they tried to put me in smelled like straight cigs. The next room literally had stained sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for a manager to get a refund and the young lady said there is no manager until the morning. I asked what happens if you need a manager. Her response was “you just don’t get one”. Terrible place. Avoid at all cost. I’m still trying to get ahold of the manager.

I would like to know why I was not informed that there was a security hazard in place. When we arrived the doors were look in pure daylight the clerk advised us there were security measures in place because of threats received . They would not cancel our reservations and the shower had not been cleaned!! The sheeet had brown stains on them the chair was filthy.
