This hotel seems to be in the process of renovating/remodeling, so some areas were dirty. The noise was light compared to other hotels and I had a decent room. Shower water temperature was warm not hot. Elevator was broken when I arrived. Area is ideal as it is between the West Reading area and Wyomissing area so plenty of restaurants close by and shopping.

There was no hot water in or water pressure in room 122 . I brought it to the attention of the staff at the front desk, and her only response was matince is not available and that is unacceptable. It was snowing here in Pennsylvania and me and my kids weren't able to shower . They didn't even give us the option of moving rooms. Apon arrival are original room door wouldn't even lock and that is super unsafe I have a toddler and teenage daughter. I would appreciate it if I'm contact by corrupt. My number is 267

Property is tired-looking. Bathroom was not especially clean, especially shower. Breakfast mediocre. Thin walls. Bed comfortable, however, and enough blankets/nice comforter. TV reception/clarity of picture fair. Morning staff checking out was kind to assist me to my truck after an ice storm as the parking lot was not safe for walking. Parking lot should have been salted/scraped. Ok place to stay in a pinch, but will select another option next time for staying multiple nights that is not in an area so that's run down and questionable in the town.

The room was not on a good condition the bathroom was dirty. i stayed here 2 years ago and this place was clean and very nice now is not .i just want to let them know that they have to make sure the room are in a good condition your gest

Not a bad place for the money

Not as nice as it usually is. The girl at the check-in desk had trouble completing the process; usually the staff is more proficient. Room wasn’t bad; the bed was really comfy and the bathroom was mostly clean, though showing signs of wear.

Our room had clearly not been cleaned. Coffee stains on the counter, pee stains on the toilet, stains on the tile floor that all could have and should have been cleaned. When I called the front desk and asked for them to come clean the room and change the bed sheets I was told housekeeping leaves at 3 and nothing could be done. Absolutely disgusting. Pick a different hotel….
