Amazing place. The staff did not speak English, but made us feel welcome and the kids camp crew kept them busy all day long, every day. Breakfast is great and all food options are on rotation so they don’t get old. Close proximity to downtown Porto de Galinhas makes Uber trips easy.

The property itself is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The resort is 10-15min away (by car) from downtown Porto de Galinha where all stores and restaurants are; therefore either you have to have a car, a rental, or use uber. Which is all right, if you are prepared for it… just be aware! The beach around the resort is nice and much less busy then the ones around downtown Porto de Galinhas, which is very pleasant. Overall we loved our stay!

Beautiful resort

The bungalow was facing the ocean it had an outside area with a hot tub, sitting area and a swing. The room was very comfortable. The customer service was phenomenal, everyone was very friendly. At night they had music by the pool. Overall the entire resort is beautiful and family friendly. The downside was the we had a problem with the shower it kept backing up.

We arrived at the Village from Argentina and it was the best decision possible. The hotel in general is amazing: comfortable, luxurious without losing the tropical touch, quiet, and with an unbeatable view. What we loved the most was the exquisite food. The highlight of our day was to sit in one of the tables in front of the pool and have a taste of the delicious brazilian cuisine. The waiters were attentive and always welcomed you with a smile. The beach right in front of the hotel was incredible. Big waves and warm water was the perfect combination for us. If you don't like waves, take into account that you might have to travel to the town's beach or Pontal do Cupe for a calmer experience. However, don't let that make you stay in another hotel, since Uber is accesible and you can reach any nearby beach in minutes. The only thing I would have to complain about is the room state, since there were little ants the first day we got there, and the cleaning crew didn't take care of it even after we flagged this issue. The Village hotel is what made us want to come back to Porto de Galinhas, and we will next year, without a doubt. Lovely experience, incredible place, amazing people! Loved Village!

The hotel outside areas are amazing. The swimming and it is just few feets from the beach. The only things need to be done is some updates on the toilets inside the rooms. The are old. so the walks near the shower door looks a bit dirty.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it.

I absolutely recommend it.

The hotel is great. The only “con” that I found is that, being a 4 star hotel, the rooms were located in 2 floor buildings without elevators. It was not a problem for me as the hotel staff carried the luggage up the stairs. And I could see that the visitors who were not able to climb the stairs in the ground floor. So no big deal. Hotel staff were super nice and helpful. The food was great too. I recommend it 100%.

O café da manhã era excelente, assim como o almoço e o jantar. O quarto tinha vista para o mar, mas o ponto principal é o quadro de colaboradores. Todos são muito atenciosos e sorridentes, em especial o Alan, Anthony, Clebson, João Vitor, Ivanildo, Joalisson, Viviane, Letycia e João. É importante registrar que nosso ar condicionado não estava funcionamento corretamente, mas resolveram prontamente e trocaram o aparelho. Estão de parabéns. Essa foi a nossa segunda estadia no Hotel Village, e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

O hotel tem uma localização ótima, o almoço e o jantar são bons, mas não curti o café da manhã. O acesso aos quartos também não é bom. O hotel não conta com elevador sendo ruim subir 2 andares de escada para ficar no 3º andar. Os sabonetes e toalhas não são bons e a cama não é confortável. A academia embora seja pequena é boa. A estrutura da praia também. A parte de lazer realmente é muito boa o ponto negativo ficou para o conforto e comodidades.

O café da manhã era muito top. A tapioca e os omeletes feitos na hora foram o ponto alto. Poderiam melhorar um pouco a limpeza dos quartos. A impressão é que embaixo das camas não limpavam. A gentileza e a boa vontade dos funcionários, destacando o Glauco e o Vítor, ocorreu em todos os momentos que precisamos.
