The best customer service by Darrell, the gentleman working the breakfast service. His service was so good, helpful, gracious, and a hard worker. I am an administrator on travel and these things really stick out to me. His service was impeccable!

Comfy, needs more attention to services/ammenities

Our room was comfortable and mostly clean. Although the pull out couch did not have bedding. I got some from the front desk but the mattress had a blood stain. The pool area was fairly dirty with low stock of towels. The hot tub jets didnt work and hot tub was quite dirty and way too hot. Breakfast was decent. I do like the pre made omelets. But all juice was out and the pancake maker was out of service.

It was good. My only suggestion is that owner should hire 2 security guards. One security person for two hotel is a stretch. He was trying to handle one issie at one hotel. And running over to help push out 2 meth heads trying to enter vacant rooms. And asking for hand outs to customers. He did a great job. But how secure is your property's if you only have one gaurd for two hotel. Not fair to your working, staff, and customers. The big picture everyone working there was great. And overall always my go to place when traveling thru. Thank you

We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness around the hotel, especially in outdoor areas like the balcony. We were unable to use our balcony due to several neighbors smoking marijuana. Also, it was not safe to walk around the hotel at night due to the trash cans being rummaged through directly under our balcony by the houseless population. Sadly, I would not stay at this location again.
