The issues started immediately. The first night, the TV didn’t work at all, and the bathtub was taped up inside—something the staff was already aware of but had not disclosed before my stay. As we were packing to leave, we spotted a roach in the room. I took pictures and brought them to the front desk. The receptionist’s response was shockingly casual—she acknowledged knowing about the bathtub situation and dismissed the roach by saying she “only saw one” in the picture, as if that was acceptable.
