Hotel amenities weren’t available & we’re not advertised them being closed. If I would have known I would have chosen a different hotel. Beds weren’t the most comfortable either. Also heat wasn’t really working in one of my rooms. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.

The pool, never work. It was the main thing i made the resorvation. My kids left disappointed. We got stuck on the elevator twice. The only good thing was the room service staff.

No hot water at all! Called the front desk and they couldn’t do anything about it because there was no maintenance staff on site until the next day. There were no other rooms available until the next day which was the only option they offered us.
