Pros- Great clean hotel with comfortable beds and amenities great price point located near where i needed to be.... cons- toilet flush arm kept breaking and anrm kept spinning. Shower head faucet poor, light stream of water, difficult in washing hair out. Breakfast was out of coffee, waffle mix, water

Had a decent stay. Pulling into the hotel was a nightmare, not a great location. Shower and curtain was messed up in the first room. Staff was great and moved us to a different room. Probably would not stay at again because of location.

Water was so weak, located on a highway. It’s dangerous to try to get to the hotel and many Uber drivers miss it. Would not recommend staying. Breakfast choices are pretty limited too

It was a convenient location and parking was free. I didn’t have much interactions with the staff, but on the phone they were friendly and helpful. I received a courtesy call following my check out from the Manager to check how my stay was. That was shocking and refreshing!! I will definitely return now

Hampton Inn-Ridgefield Park, NJ

Overall it was a very good stay at this Hampton Inn; friendly workers and clean. The only minor issues I experienced were a semi-broken door to my room and the printer in the lobby area was not functioning properly.
