The staff was nice. The room was large. I work in the area so I know homeless people can be an issue, but the hotel is very safe. Very clean. I liked it better than the other local hotel. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. Will definitely stay again. Shower upgrades terrific. There was a carpet square that had an issue and my wife tripped, but after I pressed it back in place no issue.
Fighting and yelling going on in the hallway from 2-4 am. Hotel staff not helpful. Contacted front desk and they said call the assistant manager. Called the assistant manager for 5 straight day and she never resolved the issue or even listened to our concerns. Promised to return my call multiple times and never did. Ruined my wife and my 5 years olds son stay for the holiday. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
