There was no signage or lighting to find this property situated at the top of a steep hilltop in housing area. Two other hotels located on the road down below and hard to miss, not hojos.

The room looked nothing like the photos online. The paint was peeling off the walls. Cigarette burns all over the side of the tub. A burned hole in the comforter. Carpet was dirty. The door lock outside the door was missing the battery cover so the batteries were exposed.

Motel is conveniently located and the exterior was fairly clean. But we thought the inside felt old and in need of a remodel. Cleanliness was not the best either. There was dust on the top of the head boards of the beds and the rooms did not have a fresh, clean feel. Separately, breakfast is advertised as included, but all that was available was some defrosted frozen waffles, a couple of yogurts and a few overcooked sausages. Not much, not fresh and enough to go around for our party of 6. Perhaps a rating of 3 is generous, but it was cheap.

This is a dump. In my 50+ years of traveling I’ve never stayed in an uglier place. Bed cover, sheet, and mattress pad all had cigarette burn holes in them - and I was a “non-smoking“ room. The furniture looked like it came from Goodwill. Two of the three drawers in the chest were broken and couldn’t be opened. Past roof leaks were scraped off and painted over - with a different shade of paint. And the worst part was the carpet. It was one big discontinuous stain. This place hasn’t been renovated in decades. Do yourself a favor and just sleep in your car if you can’t find any other place in your budget.

Technically, everything was functional, and it could still be worse, but other than the staff (who were very nice) it was still a very unpleasant experience. The first thing we noticed was that the room had a pungent musty smell reminiscent of body odor. The bathroom did not seem like it was cleaned at all. The room and the property in general were in a state of general disrepair. Furniture was very worn, towels had holes in them, tub has corrosion spots eating through the surface, the bottom of the tub was somehow squishy, and the plugs were falling out of the outlets (which is a fire hazard). Breakfast was barely there and was even more disappointing than a normal continental breakfast.

I left with one night in my stay remaining. I discovered my door could be opened from the outside WITHOUT my hotel key. Maintenance did nothing about it when I flagged someone down as I was leaving for a graduation. So when I got back and discovered it was still able to be unlocked from the outside, I packed up and left. There is obviously no point in bringing up safety concerns to maintenance.

Never will I ever stay here again

The hotel was absolutely horrible and the pictures of rooms and the property are not at all accurate. The room had a very strong smell of musty mildew and stale smoke. It was stated as non-smoking. The room had very old and dirty carpeting and wallpaper that was from the late 1970's partially peeling from the walls. The tub had multiple cigarette burns on the edge. The light fixture in the bathroom was missing a cover and what was there was rusted and flaking. The shower curtain was stained. The sink area had multiple holes that were patched in a haphazard manner. The only reason we did not run out of the room was that it was late at night and the beds were actually not terrible. Mattress was clean and sheets clean. The room overall was about $50 night worth and we paid 4x that. The breakfast buffet was horrible and there wasn't any food left but a few hard biscuits and some toast by 8am. Maybe this property updated a few rooms for the pictures or used some AI. We had a horrible experience

There is nothing to like about this property. Paid around $150 per night but got frogs and ants in the room, dirty carpets, worn-out power outlets with loose connections, non-working microwave, third-class breakfast, no coffee option in the room or after breakfast in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast food was terrible with very few options. The room only had a double bed and had a damp smell. Most of the outlets didn't work and the TV service was out. I ill never stay here again.

For the price I paid for one night should be criminal! Look at the pictures!! Room 119 1. The non existent peep hole that’s plugged up with a paper napkin 2 and 3 paint flaking off the wall 4 cigarette burns on the tub 5 wall cracking 6 TV didn’t work.

STAY AWAY!! THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. I ACCIDENTALLY GOT A SMOKING ROOM AND THEY WOULD NOT CHANGE IT UNLESS I PAID 55 bucks extra per night even though they had room. This place should be shut down, nothing worked in the room that was disgusting. I have a video, will try to post. STAY AWAY!!!!!
