I had a late check in as I instructed on my booking. When I arrived for my late check in, I was greeted by the staff. Gave me my room assignment and told me where to go. As I began my walk down the hallway I was greeted by a musky smell, if I had to describe it would be like wet towels that had been left in the washing machine to long. When I got to my room and open the door, it was 2 double beds not made up, trash all in the room, let me remind you I booked a King With the instructions late check in. I went back to the front desk and the person was gone so I had to ring a bell like 5 times before anyone came. I explained to the gentlemen what was going on with that room he gave me and explained I booked a King. He began his search through his computer then hands me another card and said your room is upstairs and began to show me where to go. He walked me to a set of stairs and the mildew smell was horrible and I was thinking of leaving at this point but I really needed to stay because it was non-refundable at this point. When I got to my room and open the door, it was another 2 double beds, yet again I remind you I booked a King. So I made a trip down stairs and spoke with the very polite guy and said I think you gave me the wrong room... He said why is that and I said if you look at my booking it say King, not 2 double beds. He then gets on his computer and say we over booked... Not I'm sorry, let me see what I can do with the price you paid. Nothing... Bed slept good.
