Quantity of food variety for breakfast seems to have declined. There used to be various sweet breads and doughnuts. Now just plain bread—sliced, bagel or English muffins.

The experience here was great EXCEPT access to the pool AGAIN!! I stay here every time I come back home to Wilson NC and the last 2 times the pool is shut down. The desk staff refused to let us swim . This is upsetting because I was told the pool was open prior to us coming !!

Check in went fine until I arrived at my room. I noticed the toilet was running. The flapper was broken and the tank would not fill and turn off. I went back to the desk to report the problem and was told to wait in the room for a repair man. He did send a person who did the repair but the cleaning crew should have noticed the problem earlier.

From the outside of the property to the lobby are nice, clean, and updated. The rooms however need to be refurbished and cleaned. The floor tiles were loose. The host couldnt have been more UNHELPFUL. Wouldnt even attempt to recommend a restaurant in the area or assist with problems in the room. Hung up rhe phone on me as well. Ice machine was leaking saturating the carpet. Will not come to this property, franchise, or recommend. Suprising for a Marriott.
