Friendly staff, front desk Frederick is knowledgeable with the surroundings whether it be inside the city of Rome or outside he will guide you to the best places to see. The buffet area where one eats breakfast is very clean, with one employee who handles all she is Elena, keeps the area sanitized and clean. From outside area to collecting trash she is an exemplary staff who treats the area as her own, a dedicated team member who deserves the best. Thank you team Hotel Boomerang, will cherish my 13 days stay as a safe and well taken cared customer deep in my heart. You are highly recommended.

Hotel Boomerang sits on a lovely property full of lush trees, bushes, and flowers. The hotel was lovely and the stsff wre inviting!

The staff who initially checked me in was very nice and helpful. There were 2 other staff who did not care much to put effort in being nice and friendly. This kind of dampened my spirits. The lady at the breakfast time was very nice and helpful too. I found cat hair on my bed on the first day. I called the concierge/receptionist who refused to agree it was animal hair inspite of physical evidence! He then curtly told me that he will change the room for me although I told him that if he changed the bedsheet , it would be enough. This person was not friendly at all and spoiled my mood during my trip. I was being nice about the whole situation. Not sure why he could not do the same. To the people who found this location inconvenient- the property has a beautiful garden and is spacious unlike what you find in Rome. Endure to download Glovo app to order food since uber eats does not work. Similarly download FREENOW app for travel instead of uber. It is slightly cheaper. Use a metered taxi she. You are coming back to the hotel after your spending your day. You will pay less. The breakfast was awesome! I am vegetarian and there were lot options for me. I particularly loved the spinach and cheese thing - don’t recall the name. All in all - a bit too bad experience except for 2 concierge/ receptionist who do not care much about their job.

1973 decor

The hotel is definitely located off the beaten path. I paid for the deluxe room but was offered a single room closer to the main office so I wouldn’t have to walk in the dark. I laughed and said I would take the room that I paid for which was definitely outdated. Walls were thin and I could hear next-door.

Amazing Service

This was the best service I ever had! The Gentleman who checked me in was a rwal star alond with the lady who was handing over her shift... I really felt home being offered an expresso. Breakfast was amazing.... Overall 5star service.

We chose the property on our return to Rome for travel home and its proximity to the airport. We were prepared to use the and cost taxis and bus but it’s a nightmare. On our return on the bus even after pushing the stop button, the driver just blew past the stop and we had to find a different way back to the hotel. There is absolutely nothing nearby. No restaurants or markets etc. I know you get what you pay for but be aware.

Property was very well run clean and had most of the amenities required. There were no restaurants nearby to walk to and very costly for cabs. The walk even to the bus stop is a long way for someone who has issues walking.
