i found this hotel very good based on price and location, this hotel is like 30-40 min away from downtown Rome but at the same time is quieter for a good relax after coming from Rome with lots and lots of people and cars . Customer service especially at the front desk ( Camila) was excellent, the restaurant was good as well, the service and the food they serve there is very good . the brrakfast buffet is ok not awesome but ok . The rooms are clean they have all amenities needed , the beds are cozy. i would recommend also not to rent a car in Rome as there are not parking places in Rome centre, just Uber your way there for peace of mind :)

Review of Sheraton Rome Parco de'Medici Pending review Reviewed I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sheraton Hotel and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast – a delicious spread with plenty of variety, including both local and international options. The restaurant staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, Sheraton exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Marco for his exceptional customer service also Lorena and reception staff were wonderful I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again on my next trip.

The overall stay was fine. The location is close to the airport and environment is actually good. The hotel rooms and amenities are premium but kind of old. We went for a business trip and overall experience was good except from arrogant receptionist named Francesca.

Wonderful Staff

There was four of us. We stayed there for two weeks. We had breakfast every day, which was amazing. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. I would definitely come back and spend another two weeks at the desk were very good and very helpful when we had a problem, they resolved it. They helped us get through The language barrier I can’t say enough good things about this staff at the Sheraton

Turn and was totally more than what we expected the breakfast was except the service was exceptional the rooms were a little outdated and we had a couple issues one on 2425 there was only warm water we could not get hot water I don’t know 2414 we had to move our room because it window just flew open when it was raining so I was not impressed with that The people that work there were exceptional. They were very helpful in every way.

We booked this hotel because of their golf course. However the course was in poor shape and we could only play 9 holes abd it was VERY EXPENSIVE..Not worth the money..
