Kodikas poissa kotoa - kunnostettu täysin aidattu koti, puhdas mukavilla vuoteilla, ylellinen pellava ja kodikas keittiö, joka johtaa avoimeen ruokailu- ja oleskelualueeseen. Hyvin eristetty kahden lämpöpumpun valinnalla.

Laitteet ja lähes kaikki tarvitsemasi tarvikkeet, mukaan lukien kaikki liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet, tyynyt ja täysi keittiökoneet - viinilasit (valkoinen, punainen, kupliva) tuulen mukana koko hauskanpidon jälkeen. TV ja DVD-soitin oleskelutilassa ja kannella nauttimaan auringosta.

Meillä on myös Nespresso-kone - miten päivä alkaa ilman hyvää kahvia? :)

Paikka ei voinut olla parempi, lähellä kaikkea, mitä sydämesi toivoo - maailmankuulu Redwoods-metsä, joka tunnetaan parhaiten mahtavien maastopyöräily- ja kävelyreittien verkostosta ja Californian rannikon Redwoodsin upeasta seisomista on vain kävelymatkan päässä.

I am surprised at the recent reviews saying how clean this house was. It was terribly dirty - we vacuumed when we arrived as the floors were clearly dirty. We felt the need to wipe some surfaces down as soon as we arrived due to the state of them. On leaving and checking we had left nothing behind, we found empty drink bottles under beds and other items we didn’t want to explore. It was such a shame as 4 bedroom/2 bathroom aren’t always easy to find. I suggest a complete professional clean of the property would make the world of difference.

Easy to check in and great communication from the owners, was a cozy home and easily accessible for what we needed, great comfy beds.My only critique would be, the house could do with a bit of a deep scrub, especially one of the bathrooms, roof was covered in mould and both shower drains are in need of being unblocked.

Warm and quiet

Quiet suburban street with easy access to the main road making getting around town straight forward. We stayed on a cold winters night, with temperature dropping to 2 degrees Celsius. The heat pump in the living area and bedroom kept our family nice and warm!

A great little space. Super warm. Showers are awesome, beds were cosy, just would suggest thicker curtains to block out the street light. Easy to find and close to the Redwoods where we based most of our activities for the weekend.

Lovely cosy home

Our family consisting of a few adults and kids ranging from 0-8 had a wonderful stay in the beautiful cosy home. It was lovely and clean and we loved the small touches like the board games and the coffee machine. Location is nice and close to town and redwoods forest bonus. The only small improvement we could suggest is darker curtains as the room lights up as soon as the sun is out. Which didn’t bother us with the baby up early anyway but the other adults suggested this. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again Pete & Keri for being great hosts!

The is very comfortable, and we all got 2 great nights sleep. The only negative is that the description states the home has been recently renovated. The home is in need of an interior freshen up, with a new coat of paint.

Good points ■very good responsive owner ■3bed room and 2bathroom is good for family or group use ■not perfect but almost clean Improvement points ■there is no a/c in 2 bedroom(day time was little too warm) ■Some of the equipment was out of order (it wasn't displayed on the facility's equipment list, but I was a little concerned that it was there but couldn't be used) Overall, I think it's suitable for a casual stay with a family or group, but some compromises are necessary.
