Great little place. Had two bedrooms - one had a double bed, other had a double and a single. 6 chairs for dining table. Good kitchen facilities and utensils. Had a dishwasher. Got 1gb of data per device. Had to pay for extra. Just normal tv channels on tv. Bathroom - hot water for shower. Washing machine available. Great to have an airing rack, ironing board and iron to use. Would be ideal to have some hooks to hang up coats - especially after the rain. Ideal place just inside the door. Also, to have a door stopper to keep door open whilst lugging all gear into property. Didn't use the facilities as raining. Did ask and it was $20 deposit for tennis equipment. Would recommend and would return. Within walking (20-25 mins) and biking (15 mins on bmx) to the bmx and the pump track by the forest.

Wonderful, rustic adventure

We didn't know what to expect exactly. The staff was amazingly friendly and warm. There are many ways to stay her - camping, RV, small units, and cabins. They were very cute, clean with lots of light. The beds, with comforters, were wonderful. Best sleep I've had on our trip to NZ from Oregon, USA. The facilties (BR, kitchen, etc.) were not in the room but across the way. They were very clean and well lit. Everyone using them were courteous and cleaned-up after themselves. There was a wide range of facility users - families, youth groups, travelers. All were very nice and relatively quiet - even the teenagers! Many different languages spoken. Simply a wonderful experience for visitors from another country.
