Poor bathroom setup

Food options and bed comfort were good, as was staff service for the most part. Having stayed there previously in a suite, the bathroom setup was poor. Maybe because it was an accessible suite. But the bathroom was a total annoyance. No vanity space whatsoever and the door always closed. I called a day prior to arrival and voiced my concerns and was told I'd have a room with a normal vanity. Upon checkin I was assigned the same room with no vanity. Returning to the desk I was told they were full and I was stuck, for 3 days with toiletries left on the floor, on the toilet lid and along the bath tub ledge. Will try suites elsewhere next visit.

Everything was fine until we where leaving. The elevator was not working. I had just had back surgery a few weeks ago. With the elevator I had to go down four flights of stairs. It hurt me so bad that I was in so much pain that i could hardly walk. We ended up leaving and going home. We had planed on spending the day shopping and enjoying are selfs. (pretty said) Gary Hamme

Hotel is a little dated but everything is very clean, tidy and in good repair. Love the afternoon drinks and snacks. All employees were so kind. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

The rooms are very spacious with two televisions. This made a great option for kids to watch other programs. The rooms were very clean, but the trash cans did not have bags in them. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable.

Bavarian style hotel with in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff was extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. Offering basic hot breakfast with hot snacks in the evening. The Drury hotel is clean, comfortable and of good value. Only negative is would suggest if possible to bring your own pillows as the Drury's are small and non-supportive.
