Great hotel

This is my preferred hotel due to the afternoon food and drink options included with your stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean. The only downfall was the elevator was down. The staff carried our bags to our third floor room but we had to carry them down when we left and that was a small inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place. Good location. Needs some TLC, but still nice. Staff nice. Elevator was not working during our stay, but did have option to cancel. Not too impactful. Would stay again Oh, used the only washer and dryer (recommend another set or two); dryer did not dry well and cost a lot to get close to dry 😳

I booked our room without any indication on your site that the elevator is not working until after the month of JUNE!! I am 81 and cannot climb a staircase. Fortunately, Kevin (who answered the phone at Drury, Frankenmuth at 1:15 a.m.) put a note on my reservation to guarantee my room would be on the first floor! Without his assistance I would have canceled!! Thank you Kevin!!

Overall a good experience the free breakfast and snack/cocktails was a nice addition. Though the options were limited, only 1 type of beer, for the cocktails and the food was basic it wasn't bad. Unfortunately our room shared a wall with the stairs and a bus that ran every 30 minutes or so stopped right outside our window and was very loud until maybe 10pm or a little later. It would have been nicer if the bus parked on the far side of the parking lot, not that big so walkable without a problem, but that would have made things a little quieter for the guests already in their rooms. The room overall was fine, but there were black marks on the shower curtain a small dead bug in the tub and I did have some concerns the fridge wasn't very cold. That being said all the staff were friendly and helpful, though not giving 5 stars since a few times i had to wait until someone notice me when they were sitting in their backroom on their personal cell phones.
