The place can use a little work but mostly acceptable. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Almost no water pressure in the shower. People were very nice.

Our trip was good over all. The property is pretty even though it is older and run down. We got a suite with a hot tub in the room. When we filled the hot tub amd turned on the jets a bunch of hair came out so we had to clean the tub. Other than that we really enjoyed it.

I was really surprised to find out about a $100 deposit fee. That Expedia did not give me disclosure. And I did booked with Expedia, 2 adults, one pet, and when I checked in, I had to pay an extra $15 fee. So I spent basically $230 on a room, and the place is clean, it's Very well kept the pool and the hot tub, which is not a hot tub. It's basically a kids peeing pool. I felt really bad for the front desk stuff. Because yeah, they had to tell me that I needed a $100 deposit because I lived in the Marion County area, which Expedia did not tell me. So if I get my deposit back then I might actually bump app the ratings. $230 for a room. Is it's supposed to be a little bit more? I guess well maintained. I had to go get an ice bucket and toilet paper. It's not the staff's fault. It's just I will never book on Expedia. Again, I'm pretty sure this review will not be posted.

Staff was super helpful and friendly! Room was comfy, beds/bedding were soft and nice! Same with pillows. The pool was cool for smaller kids with a kid area and a fountain ⛲️ 😀 the hot tub was very nice and the bigger pool also was nice and warm. The kid pool area water could be a little warmer though, as the big pool was a great temperature. We enjoyed our stay and will visit again.
