Other than the guest who had kids on the floor above us, I would say our stay was pretty good. I would stay here again, but preferably on the top floor.

Broken elevator

The customer service at checkin was not the greatest. We were told that we would be on the 4th floor , which would have been okay if the elevator was working. The young man at the desk did not show any compassion, l asked him what if l could not walk that far he just shrugged.

It was bad all the way around. Where do i start? The floor in the room had a sticky residue, it had a not so pleasant smell inside. It had roaches, the bed was and sheets were vary cheap, the only good thing about the place was the young man at the front desk and that i only had to stay for two nights. But i truly understand, i get for what i paid for.

Everything was good. Nice and clean. It smells clean as soon as you walk in. Very quiet. It felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. Close to Lackland AFB. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. I do recommend the front desk answer the phone. While I was waiting on my uber, the phone rang several times and there were at least 3 people behind the desk and no one bothered to answer. That could explain why I never got the answers to my questions prior to arrival because they just simply ignore phone calls. But other than that everything went smooth.

I recommend the Lackland location on Loop 410.

I would definitely recommend this hotel over the same company Hotel on the south side, this one is much better than the roach infested same company Hotel on the Southside.
