Tried to check in 40 mins early. The lady at the front desk didn’t check the system but stated they are full and to come back at 3pm. At 3:06pm I try to check in again. They said we need to wait another 10-15 minutes because housekeeping was on break so they couldn’t check the rooms to confirm which were ready for use. So let me get this straight, during your hotel policy-stated checkin time, you have staff on break so you can’t confirm if rooms are available? How does that even make sense. Smh. Over the 100’s of hotels I haven’t stayed at, in addition to the 5 years working for a hotel corporate office where I was directly involved in hotel operations coordination, have I ever not been allowed to check in early, let alone not have my room available at the stated check-in time. Terrible service. When they finally said I could check in, which was about 20 minutes after checkin, they said they still needed time to clean the room. Per the front desk’s instruction, we went to get our stuff, but still waited another 10 minutes until we could enter the room. The room smelled heavily of cleaning agents that agitated my wife’s asthma and my schnoz in general.

Great Stay but front desk check in destroyed the 6 day experience for me and my family. The inexperienced front desk team double charged my stay crippling my plans I had for me and my family. They charged $850.00 overcharge emptied my bank account to $72.00. I can’t get money back for 7 to 10 business days. It should be only 5 star customer service doing this job at a quality hotel like holiday inn. Fire that team at Loma Linda Ca.

Lady working check in was the wost I have ever seen or experienced. She stayed technically out of trouble but was rude and uncaring in being purposefully unhelpful. Not just to me but other customers that booked through your service. We had used this hotel before. Room fridge and A/C were not working once we finally(2hours) got into the room. Next morning staff were shocked at what she did to our family.
