Took our granddaughter to SeaWorld and this is where we stayed. It was very clean and I felt safe having my granddaughter and I walked to the pool and the laundry room was very well taken care of.

We had a great stay here. The breakfast buffet was great each morning. The pool came with towels and had a hot tub. There were some homeless outside the hotel. The parking spaces are so incredibly small. Not sure what they can do about that as they need the column structures. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Close to highway which was a plus. Didn't like that they gave us s room that had s broken AC unit and another SC unit that was blowing warm air. Room looked beaten up. Accommodated is with s new room which was cleaner and everything working, except the fact that the front desk never switched our room on their computer which is probably why we came had someone walk in with a key to our room. Thankfully we were just a couple of doors away. Parking per night is outrageous.

Worst Hotel Experience

I was very dissatisfied with our stay. After a long 5-hour drive, my family and I arrived late at night, only to find our room in unacceptable condition. None of the beds were made, and it was clear the room had not been properly cleaned. With young children, this was especially frustrating as we had to wait for the cleaning staff to come and fix the room. Even after that, the carpet and bed covers had some kind of residue on them that ended up staining my kids' clothes. We were told the room would receive a deep clean, but it didn't appear that anything was thoroughly cleaned afterward. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and not what I expect from a Best Western.

I didnt like that you need to pay extra for parking. I stayed three night and they didn't have variety for breakfast. Plus the breakfast area smelled like if they cleaned with dirty mop. The last day I forgot to put the privacy sign outside the door and the maid just went in the room without knocking. The inconvenience of waiting for the elevator to either go down or upstairs.

1st time visiting and definitely not the last

Alright so this place was located perfectly! We were able to visit downtown and sea world with minimal driving. The breakfast was absolutely worth it. They had hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal and hot foods (scrambled eggs, pancakes and sausage) and amazing coffee and juice. I essentially picked this place for the breakfast and I was delightfully surprised. I have a toddler and the hotel is very child friendly. They charge to park but if ur ok with street parking, which was available, then it’s free. Will totally stay here again.
