They charge for parking, with that said there is plenty of parking on the street Free breakfast conclusion you can wake up in the morning. They're cleaning elevators. They're just cleaning. Have to give them a thumbs up for that

The breakfasts are terrific and the staff were always fantastic to deal with and answer questions. The only suggestion we would have is a bit better pillows. The ones in our room were super thin.

Great place to stay at, it's out 3rd visit and we are not disappointed. Rooms were clean every time, the staff was very welcoming and made our stay a breeze. The breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from. Will definitely stay again, highly recommend it.

Nice friendly staff. Clean rooms. Parking should be free with how unsafe and brutal the area is. The sidewalks around have dog poop and homeless tents. There are people with campers living on the street in front of the hotel. There is a U-Haul right there bringing extra fun. They were trimming the trees and we got pelted with branches and debre while we were trying to pack are car up in the check in/out area in front of the hotel doors. Back window of the car was hit with something and chipped, ended up cracking as soon as we entered the highway.

They should not charge an extra money if you park your car in the Hotel, you already are paying for staying there.

The couch in the king suite had stains on it as did the carpet. There was a pair of underwear behind our king bed. It was noisy with traffic and people. The mattress on the couch pull-out was horrid and basically just a mat with springs. Called guest services to ask for more towels and they said they would bring some up. An hour later, no towels and we had to go get them ourselves. Our room was only cleaned on our first day. Convenient location to Old Town and the freeway. But I would not recommend it.

Walls are incredibly thin - you can hear normal conversation next door as well as snoring. The staff was very nice and apologetic, but what can they do. Had to cancel my stay and move hotels after 4 nights. Hotels.com did a great job of compensating for the inconvenience

Great place for families seeking bigger room.

The property was near major freeways. Cleanliness was only ok, as there were crumbs on floor that were not completely vacuumed. Bathroom and beds were clean. The complimentary breakfast was good, especially for a family with kids. We had the 2 double beds with a double bunk bed room, that was fairly spacious and perfect for any families with 4-6 people. Overall, will definitely book again if down in San Diego as it offers more space than a standard room. Additionally having 2 TVs in the room really helps with giving kids a choice in entertainment.
