You scratch my back I’ll scratch yours

These guys are always pretty accommodating. We don’t give people here any trouble so they give us wiggle room when we need it! For two people who are just here on business a couple nights every-other weekend, we appreciate any little graces we can get. They have a strict service animal policy, but since we have a legit service animal and proper papers (plus she is very well behaved) they never mind seeing us coming. I had surgery recently, they swapped my reservation for a downstairs handicap spot no problem. Even as I’m writing this they’re giving me an extra few minutes to secure a reservation for tonight so I figured I’d scratch their back, and give them a good review. Thanks guys.!

The room was nice, service was terrible. 3 different times I asked about a roll away bed and was told the employees gad them. I went there for safety and they were rude. Only 1 housekeeper was nice to me and my kids. Plus as your flipping through tv channels porn just come on and im in a room with kids. Thanks heritage for the hospitality.

Better inside than out

Although the exterior of this hotel looked pretty run down at first glance I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the rooms. Bed was very comfortable and a great TV and channel selection. The bathroom also appeared to have been redone and very clean. I did not use RT the pool but saw people in it and again it appeared very clean. The immediate area is not the best but it is convenient to interstate and Sea World
