We stayed in the suite with the King bed. Best view of the ocean! Clean room, open shared patio with beach view and nice staff. Great location, lots of good food options nearby especially OB Surf Lodge for breakfast and Mike’s Tacos for lunch. Would highly recommend!

We really love our stay the front desk clerks were very very friendly the rooms are very small restrooms are very small and the beds could actually be upgraded they were very uncomfortable too soft but we we dealt with it and we had a great time Ocean Beach proper is a beautiful place to visit the people are great very friendly looking forward to returning again very soon also the weather was not that great LOL it rained most of the time but we really enjoyed the ocean view.

What a great stay - an amazing and huge patio overlooking the beach and pier. We could watch the sunset and see the pier from the bed. Morning coffee on the patio was perfect. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in a long time. The courtyard, with lights, a fountain and three stories of tables and chairs overlooking the ocean and surfers. On top of it all they are so dog friendly and accommodating, going over the top. Great and friendly staff. Definitely will be coming back and met other regular guests as well. Perfect spot in Ocean Beach.

The hotel is very convenient and very close to the beach—it takes only one minute to walk there. It’s also in the middle of all the restaurants and bars in downtown OC. However, it’s very small compared to the price we paid; on the website it looks bigger and nicer than it actually is. Plus, it’s noisy. If you’re not a dog fan, you might want to skip this one because the hotel is dog-friendly, and the dogs do make noise sometimes.
