We love Cow Hollow. Unfortunately, the room we had this time was right on Lombard and the latch to close the window was broken off (so street noise was louder than usual and it was cold). There was also mold on shower curtain and the drain in shower was extremely rusty. Just needs a bit of a facelift. Staff was lovely as usual though!

Location was great! Parking was easy and felt safe. Clean updated hotel. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. No over powering bleach smell. I would recommend ear plugs, due to the street noise. But that is part of the city charm. The hotel itself was quite.

We arrived and there was plenty of parking in the garage, signed in to the Inn and the staff was excellent! We went up to checkout our room and it was fabulous! Clean, looked wonderful, spacious great lighting and services! I would absolutely come back to Cow Hallow again when visiting San Francisco! Thank you for this special place to stay!
