Great location

It’s a great location for us restaurants a few steps away. Stayed there many times before will stay again. We use Lyft to get around the city and this hotel has parking for us to leave our car.

Awesome location, great shops and restaurants. Mushy mattress. Room us clean and updated. We were asked at check in if we wanted housekeeping -which we did, however in spite of speaking to the housekeeping staff twice and leaving door notice housekeeping never arrived. Trash was on the floor outside the elevator the whole time we were there.

Being in the Marina at Cow Hollow Inn was fantastic! As a former San Francisco resident, I loved the neighborhood for its convenience to all my best-loved city spots, the quick access to the GGBridge, and the great dining spots in walking distance. The only thing that was sad was having to leave at the end of my wonderful week. I will be back very soon! I’m telling all my SF friends about Cow Hollow Inn for their visiting out-of-town guests. A great place to stay!

The location was awesome - in a great area of San Francisco. There were a ton of good places to eat right near the hotel. The hotel was super clean and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was good for a stay in Lombard street. If you wish to explore the city through big bus, you have a stop point for the bus in ~400ft They provide free parking as well. Two levels of parking ground level and lower ground level. Decent place to stay for few nights to explore the city. Didn’t had a chance to try their breakfast.

When we checked in, we had difficulty with a room’s air conditioning not working. They did their best and moved us to a new room and later followed up to make sure that we were satisfied. The initial room was a suite, but there were no suites available so we had to downgrade to a regular size room. It was all nice in the end and I was appreciative of their attention to my problem. I look forward to returning to the hotel.
