Hands down, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything about this experience felt like a masterclass in hospitality. The views from the top floor? Immaculate. Waking up and watching Karl (the SF fog) float up above the city unfolding was nothing short of breathtaking. It was one of those moments that makes you stop and appreciate where you are. The on-site restaurant was fantastic. The cuisine was top-notch and the cocktails were equally impressive (artful, balanced, and delicious). Whether we were coming in from a day of exploring or winding down after dinner, we were always greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Special shoutout to Gavin, Jeff, Sequoia, Megan, and Anton for making our stay feel personal, seamless, and downright joyful. You’re the heart of this place. We didn’t get a chance to join the Saturday yoga on the terrace, but it looked like the perfect way to start the weekend: fresh air, skyline views, and peaceful energy all around. Every morning we were treated to complimentary tea, coffee, healthy house-made breakfast bars. A small touch that made a big difference and set the tone for the day. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance, from cozy cafés and boutiques to pharmacy store and fitness spots — yes, even Orangetheory, for those who want to get a workout in before brunch. Even walking distance from Chinatown and the SF trolleys!
