A really good and quiet stay. Super comfortable bed!!! . Easy to get to cal train. Only 15 minutes to a block from oracle park .. only 1 elevator was working at the hotel this past weekend... $20 to park... be sure to put the parking pass on your dash..... A pretty good free breakfast if you do breakfast!

Convenient and comfortable hotel near the airport

Arrived after a long haul flight delayed by 7 hours to a foyer full of young people in a school trip. Took a while to check in but receptionist was polite and helpful. Room large and clean. As comfortable as we would expect from a Hampton hotel. Toiletries and towels were good quality. Shower could have been a bit more powerful but ok. Breakfast was included and lots of choice. Hotel arranged a taxi for us, only had to wait 5 minutes. Driver was chatty and polite. Reasonable fare.

I liked that it was quiet, clean and felt safe. Staff was nice however when I checked in, the front desk person didn’t tell me how to get to my room (what floor), didn’t explain the Wifi or that parking over night had a charge. I had to ask what the charge was when I checked out. When I got to the room, the TV channels didn’t work which isn’t a big deal for me but could be for some.
