Our stay was perfect for a family of 4 with children with autism. The room with a sofa bed was perfect. The pool was excellent for kids warm and clean. The location was right next to Union Square and the trolleys. Service at the hotel was too notch. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel was located right on union square which was super convenient for us. I liked the decor in the building, and it was very nice and quiet on the 6th floor. We were also able to check in early as our room was ready, which was really nice! The only downside was the lack of microwave in the room, and the bathroom door has a small grate at the bottom that you can see through (I assume for ventilation since there’s no bathroom fan). Otherwise, great stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This me and my family’s first trip to SF. We got lucky and amazed to find this hotel!!! It’s walkable to the park, the cheesecake factory and the cable cars!! A lot of dinning options from breakfast to dinner. And I recommended getting the hop on hop off bus tour because you can hop on and off at the union square park which is one block walk from the hotel.
