The hotel staff was very accomadating.Twice we needed assistance and the staff helped (the first time was to check in a little early as we were coming into town early with all our luggage and the second time to help us get an airport shuttle).

Poor housekeeping: when we entered the room it had clearly never been vacuumed. Very few amenities: in particular, complimentary coffee in the morning is usually the standard in the industry. Poor business computer, and no staff member was familiar with it.

Very quiet place with nice views of the bay. It’s very therapeutic to see the planes taking off and landing, the mountains are breathtaking. There’s also a walking trail around the ocean, very cool! I loved the food and the staff are very professional. Not to forget that the rooms are clean and spacious. You will love it here!
