"QUEEN" bed not much bigger then a full! Size! Bed was hard the pillows were terrible! No fridge! Functionality of room was not great! The A/C unit 3 foot from bed louder then a Harley motorcycle. Room had a dirty odor ! On the 13 floor!!

Excellent facility except for restaurant is a very overpriced burgers and fries joint. Service from the front desk in the early morning is terrible; help are rude and lazy. Bell hops don't start till 7am even though many travelers have much earlier flights. Overall, I would not stay at the Hilton again but will return to my reliable Westin.

The staff was very adept and very courteous. The Airport shuttle was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and the driver was eager to assist with luggage as well as providing guidance for those not familiar. My journey began in St. Louis and I drove 2800 miles in 4 days. The respect and kindness shown by the staff was something that I had not experienced anywhere else during this trip across the country, and to be honest I wasn't expecting much once I arrived. They were accomodating, pleasant, and genuine...which are all qualities which sweem to be in short supply these days.
