The bed is comfortable and no complaints about cleanliness, but you can hear everything through the walls and the neighborhood is pretty noisy and a little sketchy. Staff was courteous. Restaurant next door was excellent. Coffee machine in the lobby seemed to put chocolate in every coffee. Strange.

I don’t mind the neighborhood that’s just expected. If you have a car be aware that to park in the valet it’s limited time for in and out privileges. The walls are super thin. We could hear the people in the room next to us and even when we were down by the elevators we could hear them. There’s will be street noise but again comes with the neighborhood.

My interactions with staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby was nice and had a nice coffee machine. Hotel was deceiving from the pictures. My room door had a missing/broken keypad, no lighting in the shower, and suite with no mini fridge. Would I want to stay here again, no… but if it was the cheapest out of the area when I needed to be back then I would.

Do not stay here. No idea how this place is in business, the surrounding areas do not feel safe, the parking is through the roof and unavailable for guests at certain times, the walls are so thin you can hear everything and the guests are concerning- our first room had two neighboring rooms who sounded like they each had someone yelling at the top of their lungs to each other on the phone in their language. A homeless person and a sex worker tried coming upstairs with us. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the rooms smell like they weren’t cleaned, with visible dust and hair left on the floor from previous guests.

Warning - This is not a 4 star hotel in any sense. The rooms are tiny, I wondered why I hadn’t realized it and when I went back to the Expedia page I noticed they purposely left the square footage out when most hotels give that information. The shower handle was broken to turn the shower on and off, the shelf that is supposed to hold up toiletries in the shower was broken and at an angle so it couldn’t be used, the seal on the shower door didn’t work so water came pouring out onto the ground when showering. There is no fridge inside the room. No microwave either. The ice and beverage area had a sign that said “ice and beverages” but only an ice machine was there so clearly there probably used to be a vending machine but it since had been removed and they are too cheap to update the sign. The windows basically do not exist, if you want to feel like you are sleeping straight on the street, this is the hotel for you. No sound proofing at all so the entire night you hear sirens, music blasting from cars and homeless people screaming and shouting as they walk by. There are no black out curtains so have fun with the bright blaring lights at night shining through your window. When I noticed many of these issues, I immediately went to the check in staff and he said that the manager for the day had left but once he got back in we would be compensated. I told him please follow up with me to make sure this is taken care. And he absolutely didn’t. Not great staff.

BED BUGS! Stayed at this hotel just one night. I saw a bug in the room and was hoping nothing of it. A day and half later my body was covered in 48 bites. This was so traumatizing! I’ve never experienced bed bugs before. I’ve called the hotel for a refund which I don’t believe they are going to refund me. This is absolutely ridiculous to not get my money back after. Don’t recommend staying here.

The room was spacious, the bed was on the uncomfortable side, the mattress had little cushioning. Service was excellent, the personnel always amicable. What I cannot overlook is the noise. The hotel has speakers with music in the sidewalk 24/7, which is nice when you are just taking an Uber but not at all when the speakers are right in your window in the second floor. Between the music in my window 24/7 and the occasional homeless person shouting in the street, quality sleep was not an option.
