Hotel was nice and clean, perfect walkable location as well. The issue come from the staffs lack of customer service when it comes to afterhours issues. We had people outside under our window partying, laughing, singing until 3:30am three of the four nights we stayed. We called the front desk numerous times and were told security would handle it, they never even went outside. If you stay here I’d make sure your room doesn’t overlook the entry driveway where the fire pits are

We were assigned a handicapped room which was not requested nor needed. Most accessible rooms like this come at a discount, but we were not offered any price reduction. The front desk staff argued with us about their description that the room was not handicapped. The bars around the shower & toilet, lack of sink counterspace & light switches 3' from the floor clearly showed the room was designed for wheelchairs. Mgr. said they were full and we could look at another room but if we waited there would be no chance to switch. She insisted the other option would be no different than what we were checked into. We were leaving for dinner reservations and could not do this. We were told that we would have to pay an extra unexpected $82 "resort fee" upon check-in that may have been in the small print. This was not part of the Expedia listed price we reserved, and was supposed to cover certain amenities like the outdoor pool people would not use during cooler temperatures (there was no outdoor hot tub). The bar tenders in the lobby bar were not attentive and gave us the impression that they didn't want to work there. Definitely less than optimal personality traits for the hospitality industry. The one positive we noticed was the breakfast buffet was very good.

Enjoyed staying here for a weekend birthday getaway! Within walking distance to Pier 39 and several good coffee shops! Complimentary buffet breakfast was an added plus! Probably most luxurious breakfast I've had in recent memory at a hotel. Tip: Get breakfast early for freshest food!

Location was good, the grab and go in the lobby was good, and the all you can eat breakfast was also good. Downsides: there was a lot of noise coming from the room above and next door and the front desk staff was terrible. It took forever to get help when I was checking out, then they couldn't print my receipt for work and said they'd email it but I had to call to get it.

Breakfast was impressive, large area to accommodate all hotel guests. Hotel is old but well kept. Pool area is nice. We did stay in off season but managed to enjoy a few hours at pool. Bartenders in lobby seem very unhappy with working. Watched one actually grab coffee beans with her bare hands to put on someone’s espresso martini. (Barf emoji)
