The motel is located in the downtown, it's walkable to popular areas with lots of dining options and public transport. I like that they have coin laundry facilities (they have the coins too). Free parking is also provided, which is rare in downtown SF. The only thing I feel unfortunate was my neighbor (3 men) were very noisy even at midnight and they were smoking and littering. Next time the staff should warn annoying people like them.

Room was very clean. Great location near many restaurants and bars. Parking is an issue. Very tight. In some cases requires long back up in narrow space to the busy Lombard Street to get out. So glad to have free parking, but not ideal parking set up. Otherwise comfortable place to stay..
