Not going to lie looks a little bit scary the area but to be completely honest it was always quiet even with many guest. Beds very clean rooms could be updated but for what you are paying very worth the stay and actually very close to so many things

I very much enjoyed the free movies your motel offered, unfortunately it was to close to the Aurport to enjoy a good nites rest, but I made it work by nixing the sleep part, and just checked out early. So if you’re into that sort of thing, this is the right place for you;)

Shuttle time not accurate

When checking in, the staff members weren't able to find my reservation. Apparently they had issues with third party reservations earlier that day. Although the staff member was unsure on what to do at first, he was able to get me a room and honored the price I was originally given. Which I appreciated. Before heading to my room, I double checked when the last shuttle would head to the airport. I saw the scheduled time was 1240, but I wanted to make sure that was accurate. I was assured by the receptionist who helped me check in that the last shuttle would leave at 1240. He advised that I be there 10 min prior. I checked out @1220 (20 minutes before the scheduled departure) and waited for the shuttle. After an entire hour, the shuttle never showed up. After checking out, I asked the receptionist at the time if the shuttle would come and he stated: "Yeah, it should still come. He's sometimes late, and when he shows, he doesn't wait too long. I don't know why." I then stepped outside to wait. At the 40 min mark I asked the receptionist if he was sure the driver was coming. He said he had tried calling him x3, but was unsuccessful. This was VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Once I waited the hour, I decided to book an Uber instead. I originally double checked the shuttle times for a reason. I was there on time, and still, those times provided were not honored.

Customer check in with front desk Robert was a very poor experience. Arriving after 29 hour flight stood at front desk and he didn’t even acknowledge me. Eating and joking with his coworker. Ck in time was 3pm I arrived at 2:38pm. Was told to sit in lobby didn’t watch or welcome or anything. Rude and unprofessional. Hotel property was empty this day and they gave me a room near the stock employee room, very loud and carpet reaked urine smell. Stay 8 days and after 5 days asked for changed of towels and was told there was none. Aske again everyday after that and was told we don’t have any. Never received room service. Ac/heater wasn’t working ask for help and never received any help from front desk. Worst experience upon arrival after such a long international flight. The only time they talk to me or even looked at me was check out time to ask to post a good review. Worst hotel experience ever

Pros: • Great free airport shuttle (though its shared with 2 other motels) • 24-hour IHOP attached • samTrans bus stop across the street • Cheapest hotel in the area Cons: • Literally everything else This is a disgusting hotel that is probably only a few years away from closing entirely. Avoid at all costs unless you truly just need the cheapest room imaginable. The beds aren't terrible & the rooms are passable on their own, but the bathrooms & facility as a whole is very, very gross. One of the worst motels I've ever stayed in in my decades of weekly travel, though it avoids being the absolute worst just thanks to the airport shuttle & passable beds alone. Bugs all over property, no fridge/microwaves in the rooms, smoking/homeless on the property, massive wear & tear on the walls/floors thats beyond anything normal, & legitimately no amenities to speak of besides a barely average pool.

The room was run down old furniture, dirty carpets, stains on beds, bathroom needed restoration, all in all very dirty. We did not even sleep their we went to the holiday inn across the street and had a very nice stay
