They were very rude. They didn’t listen. The lady was very rude and we had service animals and she was trying to charge us for the service animals and she tried to as we were high them. Then she locked us out of the room.

Better in midweek

Hotel guests decided to kick back in the court and were loud till after 2 a.m. the first night, Wednesday night, but last night, Thursday, it was nice, quiet. Housekeeping gave me a few extra packets of coffee which was great cause i got to use my own cup. Bed was extremely comfortable which made it difficult to want to go out. The dunes were only 4.5 blocks down the road so it was kinda of private, loved it

Kite Fest getaway

Nice hotel, friendly and clean. Only complaint was people in neighboring room were smoking marijuana and the smell seeped into our room for about 2 hours. Also, when we returned from our 1st days events we were locked out and had to go to office to have them reinstate door key pass. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay

Better than other hotels at this price

This place was perfect for me, I stayed for 12 days. Close walk to the beach don’t have to cross any busy streets, comfortable bed, large TV that could pivot easily to watch from the bed or the couch. Decent Wi-Fi, a nice balcony, a toilet with a flush like a jet engine and also very affordable. Plus, great to give my business to a mom and pop outfit. Both of them were very nice.

Average, but not worth the price.

Nothing special. Not terrible, but not particularly good either. Wouldn't stay here again if I didn't have to, but I've done worse. Would have maybe reviewed higher if the price was lower, but as it stands, the value for the price felt like robbery.
