Price reflect conditions.

We enjoyed ourselves overall but check in was at 4pm, we arrived at 4:30 and had to sit outside (with my 4 kids) for another 15 mins while our room was being cleaned. There was a cabinet in the kitchen that was not attached at the hinge so we took a picture as soon as we got there but that made us uncomfortable thinking we’d look responsible for that. And every time the bathroom door opens it hits the store pretty hard which had them getting in trouble every time they opened it too hard and it slams against the stove, also made me nervous knowing my kids would be somehow accidentally be touching a stove while using the restroom at night. And there were no pics online so if I knew the floor was only tile, no carpet or rugs I wouldn’t have picked it at all. It was just not a cozy space whatsoever for a family with younger kids.

Older property but updated, stayed in room 11, second floor with a beautiful view of Morro Bay. 2 huge bay windows-screened, that open. Comfortable bed, coffee pot with 2 dark roast pods, refrigerator and microwave. Huge flat screen TV with plenty of channels. Had 24 hour antique road show on all night. Slept with windows open and window open in bathroom for excellent cross breeze. Smaller shower but great water pressure and shower head. Room was larger than your average standard room. On a scale of 1-10 I give the room a 9. The VIEW I give a 12 . Located right next door to LEGENDS Bar and Restaurant which has a pool table. Really liked the area, nothing fancy, a talk beach feel

This place was nice and modern. We got a family unit which was good - only thing to note is that the kitchenette has absolutely no means of making/eating food - not even cutlery.

It was perfect for our use. There was a good size refrigerator, kurig coffee maker, and little microwave. I usely like a hot tub or pool but we were there for only one night. The bathroom was very clean and the place smelled clean. That's hard near the coast in the winter.

Great Value for the Money

Love staying here. It's centrally located, easy parking, comfortable with a view of the Rock. Only suggestion is to add another towel rack in bathroom.
