A wonderful and cozy overnight stay at a very reasonable price! Very close to Cal Poly SLO and other local village shops, extremely easy check-in process. The room was very well-kept, had all the basic amenities needed, and our host was available even overnight when my card wasn’t working to get in. Overall, definitely a place I’d re-visit on my trip up north!

The hotel is an older building, but the owners have cleaned it out and give it a more modern appearance. The facility was clean. It was a very reasonable price given the price of other hotels in town. There initially was a little road noise early in the evening, but that went away by about 8 o’clock. I would gladly recommend this hotel and plan on staying there again the next time I’m in town.

5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a great stay at Sunbeam Motel in SLO! Check-in was super easy and hassle free, which made everything start off smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a really cute, simple vibe that made it feel cozy. The AC worked great, which was a huge plus. Location is perfect close to downtown and Cal Poly, so getting around was really convenient. Parking was easy too, with quick in-and-out access. Overall, a simple, clean, and stress-free stay. Would definitely come back!

This was a good place to stay, manager was very nice and allowed us an early check in. Our room was next to the busy street but I turned on the fan so you couldn't hear the traffic. would stay there again.
